Hi - The bodies of Lucy & Logan are fairly simple and should be doable for a confident beginner. Just go slowly around the curves.

The face is a little harder though. You could try it and see how it goes on scrap fabric, hand stitch the face or if it's for an older child use buttons or other embellishments to craft a face.
