Behind the Scenes preparations for Quilt Show

There is a lot of work in preparing for Quilt Show.

Here's a peek at what goes on "behind the scenes."

This is Annette, in the mail room.  This big stack of outgoing mail is mostly QS Tee Shirts and Posters.

 

 

 

 

 

 

This is Jackie cutting kits in our back parking lot.  The "kit room" is now sales floor space and we've forced Jackie out the back door!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Here is Trish folding, folding, folding!  Jackie cuts the fabric, and Trish folds the fabric, in a little tiny corner of space still left in Jackie's office.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Meet Tracie!  She is our sales associate who will be overseeing the satelite store set up at the high school during Quilter's Affair classes.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

This is usually the employee breakroom...filled with mountains of merchandise headed out to the high school.  (Have fun with that Tracie!)

Here is Jean, primping the flowers!  No detail goes untouched!

Oh I can't wait! Another day at work before I can head over!!!! Don't sell everything before I get there, especially the 5 inch squares...cause you know I am a charm pack junkie!
